Our client is looking to recruit an Executive PA to support the CEO of this fast paced organisation.
This exceptionally successful company are growing steadily and this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious PA to further their career. They are looking for someone who is able to make decisions, work autonomously and act as a reliable gatekeeper and first point of contact in the absence of the CEO.
Key responsibilities to include: -
- Extensive diary & email management
- Acting as first point of contact for CEO including greeting VIP guests
- Coordinating numerous high profile meetings and conference calls
- Producing presentation materials, agenda’s and papers
- Management of all travel arrangements (flights, hotels and itineraries)
- Liaising with key stakeholders, senior leaders, Executives etc.
- Overall office management including responsibility for stationery orders
- Ensuring numerous contracts are in place including business insurance, cleaning contracts, car insurance, mobile phone contracts etc.
- Personal itinerary for the CEO including booking holidays, liaison with schools, adhoc requests from family members and liaison with the accountants
What we are looking for:
- A Dynamic, ambitious, proactive and entrepreneurial PA / EA with extensive previous experience (approx. 5 years +)
- Experience supporting a CEO or senior board member is highly desired
- Highly organised, well presented, meticulous individual
- Technically proficient - Strong MS Office required
- Knowledge of VIsio Software (desirable not essential)
- Experienced in taking minutes and dictation with min 55 wpm typing speed
- Proven communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships at all levels
- The ability to deal with problems as they arise in an unflappable manner
- Someone who is assertive, proactive, loyal, trust worthy, hard-working and can complete tasks to a high standard
Hours : - Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (some flexibility required)
Salary : - £35-40k per annum
