Lead Quantium’s UK Growth practice by opening new industries, building client pipeline, activating cloud and AI partnerships, and scaling the AI Executive Edge program. The role involves selling AI transformation work, developing executive relationships, creating partnership-led opportunities, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure client value. This is a first-on-the-ground position with significant responsibility for establishing Quantium’s market presence and growth approach in the UK.

Who is Quantium?

Quantium is a world leader in data science and artificial intelligence. Established in Australia in 2002, Quantium is a global team of more than 1,200 people across 14 locations with a unique blend of capabilities across product and consulting services to help businesses unlock value from data and analytics. Quantium partners with the world's largest corporations to forge a better, more intelligent world.

Over the past 5 years we have established our Health, Retail & Consumer and Financial Services practices here in the UK. We are excited to bring our Growth parctice to the UK and this role is about earning that same position with new clients, opening doors in industries that are new territory for Quantium.

You'll have two things working for you: your own relationships and consulting credibility, and Quantium's live partnerships with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Anthropic and OpenAI, ready to use rather than build from scratch. You'll also have AI Executive Edge, our GenAI leadership programme that's already worked with 500+ C-suite and board members in Australia and has been run in the UK before. Making it a consistent part of how we build relationships here is a key part of the role. Knowing when to lean on which, and doing all three well, is a large part of the job.

How will you make an impact?
  • Opening up new industries for Quantium in the UK
  • Activating our partnerships for the UK market: local co-sell registration, referrals, visibility inside the ecosystems
  • Scaling AI Executive Edge in the UK, adapting a programme that's already had great success with senior executives in Australia
  • Working closely with delivery teams to make sure every deal is built around real client value
  • Partnering with senior leadership on larger conversations. You won't be doing this entirely alone, though building visibility and pipeline is yours
What you'll bring
  • Real experience selling or delivering AI transformation work, not just traditional data or analytics consulting
  • Hustle and grit. This isn't a role for someone waiting for a lead to land in their inbox
  • A grounded, coachable style. We're building our own way of doing things here, not importing someone else's

Strongly preferred:

  • Experience activating a partnership-led go-to-market motion with a major cloud or AI platform
  • Comfort building and running executive-facing content or programmes
Worth knowing before you apply

This is a first-on-the-ground role. The partnerships and delivery capability behind you are real and already live, but there's no big team around you yet. What you do get is an opportunity to build something new in the market, senior support opening doors where it counts, and the chance to shape how Quantium grows in the UK.

If you can work a room and work an ecosystem, and know when to reach for which, we'd like to talk.

Quantium’s recruitment process involves the collection and use of personal information, see our Candidate Data Collection Notice for more information. This provides information on how we collect, use & store your personal information, including potential disclosure to our majority shareholder, Woolworths Group Limited.
