Job Description
Make a real impact with us! As part of the Firm-wide Control Management team, you'll provide a centralized view of control functions, driving real-time problem detection and solutions. Collaborate with Management, Risk, and Compliance to oversee audits and regulatory exams, aligning support with business priorities and leading governance across the program.
As the Executive Director for Digital & Design Payment Control Management, you will lead the transformation of the Payments Controls Organization, developing and implementing the end-to-end controls strategy. Collaborate with global and regional partners, including Operations, Technology, Product Management, and Business Control Managers, to drive the Digital & Design payment regulatory agenda and governance.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the oversight of the end-to-end control system, mitigating risk through engagement, thematic reviews, and risk analysis.
  • Conduct regular reviews with senior leadership and stakeholder committees to assess priorities across WP controls teams.
  • Drive problem-solving and data-driven decision-making, including process design and target state modeling.
  • Identify and manage risks to the delivery of our target operating model strategies.
  • Align key stakeholders to influence and build consensus within the organization.
  • Deliver high-quality executive reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
  • Create and deliver executive communications, status reporting, and metrics.
  • Manage a matrixed team, developing skills and capacity to support control objectives.
  • Oversee all controls impacting Digital and Design in the region, including front-line, operational, and technology controls.
  • Chair regional and governance forums and play a key escalation role when needed.
  • Oversee the execution of a regular testing program of the control framework.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Relevant industry experience with business management and financial expertise.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and inspiring teams within a matrix organization.
  • Strong ability to influence outcomes and build consensus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize information and provide clear updates.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with experience in data manipulation.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment.
