The Executive Coordinator will support Executive Assistants with administrative tasks, manage client documentation, and liaise with other departments efficiently.

We are looking for a fantastic administrator to join our team of Executive Coordinators supporting the client facing Executive Assistants with admin tasks associated with each clients requests. This is a great opportunity to start a career in financial advice with a clear progression path.
The Role:
- Provide day-to-day support to the Executive Assistants where required.
- Liaise with SJP admin centre, admin link
- Build relationships with all departments to ensure a smooth process
- Carry out all administration tasks that are required working through Monday.com and Sales force as your primary systems.
- Feedback to the EA and Confidential Financial Review information that is required.
- Must be effective in workload management and ensure a handover to the covering Executive Assistant is detailed and up to date.
- Request and produce any documentation that is required on all new and existing client business needs and send to the EA to liaise with the client.
Knowledge and skills:
- Technical knowledge - ability to adapt to new systems and have experience in recognition for efficiencies using technology.
- Diary management (Outlook)
- Awareness of other team members roles and how they all collaborate and work together.
- Share knowledge and experience.
- Great customer service skills via all types of communication.
Requirements
The Person
- Professional telephone manner, sound knowledge of the English language to produce professional and accurate paperwork.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Ability to work to tight and varying deadlines and the aptitude to juggle workloads.
- Takes responsibility and initiative for own workload.
- Enjoys working with a team and appreciated how this adds to the benefit of the whole team.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with, adapting to the different ways of working.
- Must be resilient and be capable of coping with the continuous challenges of the role as well as calm in pressured situations.
- A natural people person who is skilled at gaining trust and is a proven collaborator.
