About Client Services:

The Client Services team has ultimate responsibility for the creative output of client campaigns. Client Services ensure the smooth execution of projects and have a helicopter view over all parts of the campaign process, working with expert teams and specialist partners (both internally and externally) to bring a brand’s creative vision to life. The Client Services team are the gatekeepers of this vision and the guardians of the brands we work with.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Creator Sourcing: Source, gather information and demographics, and vet creators across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and more.
  • Creator Management: build strong relationships with creators throughout a campaign cycle and beyond, from outreach, negotiations, ECHO onboarding and contracting to creator briefing, creative concept review, content gatekeeping, content scheduling and campaign feedback loops. This may also include managing product logistics for a campaign.
  • Creative Briefing: Develop and issue creator briefs, immersing creators into the campaign, and lead day-to-day communications for content development.
  • Content Review & Quality Control: Be the first point for review of all creator content. Check for ASA and IP compliance, alignment with brief and quality of content, and create an efficient feedback loop back to creators.
  • Content Scheduling & Monitoring: Create a posting schedule and keep it up to date throughout the campaign period. Monitor posts once they are live to ensure accuracy and to flag any negative sentiment the post may be receiving.
  • Campaign Performance: Work closely with the Manager on overall campaign success, including updating campaign trackers consistently, timeline management, budget management, data capture and wrap reports.
  • Act as a cultural pulse of all things creator economy - live and breathe social media, consuming and presenting back trends and new discoveries.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Have 1+ years’ experience in the general creator and influencer landscape
  • Have an affinity for social media, content creators and/or experience is a plus
  • Have strong detail-oriented, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Have a creative and curious mindset and can-do attitude.
