Role Overview

We are currently looking for a talented individual to join the Initiative Health team to work in our CAM team, supporting with client liaison, project management and quality control across a number of our core clients.

This is a key role in the development of Initiative Health. As an agency we are driven to do things differently within our sector and pave the way for market-changing services that propel client’s businesses forward.

Role Description

  • Supporting the Manager, Associate Director and Directors within the CAM team in the day to day of their roles in managing clients
  • Developing relationships that build trust with your client contacts
  • Building relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Ensure high quality work, and deliverables meet the client’s brief
  • Proofing and quality control of work prior to sending to your line manager and other senior team members
  • Assisting in regulatory approval of marketing assets via the clients approval software of choice, e.g. Veeva
  • Creating and managing project timing plans and ensure their implementation for the timely delivery of projects
  • Monitoring project deadlines and budgets, identifying and communicating to clients potential changes that may be required.
  • The ability to lead on client calls and manage meeting agendas
  • Lead note taking and action management in client meetings, including maintaining accurate records of meetings managing distribution of notes and key actions to relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor relevant campaign KPIs and ensure teams working on deliverables are aware of their goals on any project you work on
  • When requested, running profitability reports of your account(s) by reviewing resource utilisation
  • Pull reports together, including Insights, QC and data check, prior to CAM Manager review
  • Present reports and/or project outputs to clients, both in person and over Microsoft Teams
  • Have an understanding of all Initiative Health services, and the ability to discuss campaigns across all services
  • Willingness to present to clients and take a supporting role to create slides for clients and colleagues alike
  • Provide timely responses to adhoc client requests as required
  • Scope project costings, and brief internal teams in order for them to produce quotes
  • Create the SOW for projects, in order for the Leadership team to approve
  • Review and pre-approve invoices for the client
  • Manages and oversee internal tracking for your accounts, ensuring internal teams are meeting deadlines
  • Works with the CAM Manager to understand prospects for accounts, identifying potential upsell areas and spot gaps
  • Manage your account / client comms and be seen as the key account lead to the client
