We are looking for a highly capable administrative professional to provide dedicated support to four senior executives. This is a demanding, high-visibility role that requires someone who operates with precision, discretion, and a consistently high standard of work.
Responsibilities
You will manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and scheduling across four executives, while screening correspondence and handling inquiries with sound judgment. You will produce polished documents, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes, and ensure expense reports and budgets are tracked accurately. Staying informed on business unit policies and operating proactively — not reactively — is expected.
Qualifications
- Prior administrative support experience at senior leadership level is essential
- Strong working knowledge of business operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- GCSEs or equivalent qualification; further education is a plus
