Join our Executive Assistant team in London, providing high-level support to senior stakeholders across the business. This is a key role within the team, requiring strong organisational capability, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Your future role at QRT:
- Provide comprehensive Executive Assistant support to senior leaders and teams including complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinate international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, visas, and logistics across multiple time zones
- Manage meeting scheduling, preparation of materials, room bookings, and visitor coordination
- Prepare and review presentations, documents, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
- Process expenses and oversee travel-related invoices
- Act as a key liaison across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support senior leadership meetings, off site's, and business events
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Collaborate closely with the broader EA team to ensure seamless coverage and consistent support standards
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
- Support with EA cover, general admin and ad-hoc project and event support
Your present skillset:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant within a corporate or financial services environment
- Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
- Strong diary and travel management experience across multiple time zones
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively
- Professional, discreet, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Composed and decisive in high-pressure environments
- French language skills desirable, including written and oral fluency, though not essential
