About the Role
- This position reports to the CFO, LAC, and will also provide business support to the General Counsel, LAC.
- Requires regular interaction with internal and external executives and executive assistants to coordinate a wide range of complex meetings.
- Serves as a key point of contact for the senior management teams, managing incoming requests, screening calls, responding to inquiries, and directing matters to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Performs a broad range of administrative duties to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Senior administrative key responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and preparing and distributing meeting minutes.
- Additional responsibilities may include preparing correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Acts as an administrative liaison with internal and external partners.

- Experience in an executive support role.
- Solid understanding of administrative and executive assistant best practices.
- Fantastic organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of a global organization, including senior leaders and external partners.
- Must demonstrate discretion, sound judgment, and diplomacy, given the role's exposure to sensitive and confidential information

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Mastercard benefits for interns generally include: 56 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time; jury duty leave; and on-site fitness facilities in some locations.
Pay Ranges
Miami, Florida: $63,000 - $98,000 USD
