Position Summary

Actis is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide support for members of the global Capital Solutions Team. The role is fast paced with a lively, exceptionally busy team and the successful candidate will be strong in time management, organisation, multi-tasking, detail oriented and managing multiple senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities: 

Executive Support, Investor Engagement & Events

  • Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to senior members of the Capital Solutions team, managing complex diaries, priorities, and communications across multiple time zones
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and Limited Partners
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and visas
  • Coordinate the logistics for investor-facing activities, including site visits, Webinars, fundraising roadshows, AGMs, and other key client events
  • Manage attendance tracking, confirmations, and scheduling

Systems, Reporting & General Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update CRM records
  • Manage Fund Reporting data room requests from LPs and internal stakeholders
  • Send out investor communications from central mailbox and manage responses
  • Manage expenses, travel, and invoice processing for the team
  • Maintain organised filing systems and provide EA cover as required

Qualifications 

Essential

  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior stakeholders in a busy environment
  • Proven experience managing complex diaries and international travel
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Desirable

  • Exposure to investor relations or fundraising
  • Experience coordinating investor events or roadshows
  • Familiarity with DealCloud/Salesforce and Intralinks
