Role Purpose:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to the Head of International Claims, Global Claims COO and Head of Claims UK&I.
Key Accountabilities:
Extensive diary and travel management.
Inbox management - monitoring emails to ensure appropriate and timely responses are given.
Planning and organising events.
Preparation and submission of expense claims using the Expense Management system (Concur).
Management of team holiday requests.
Assistance with the onboarding of new team members when required.
Answering calls when required and liaising with clients and business partners.
