Role and Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities:

The Executive Assistant provides advanced administrative support to the VP of HEA (Home Entertainment Appliance) manages complex projects and events. Manages the VP’s calendar functioning as an extension of the VP of HEA. This individual will be responsible for proactive management of issues with technical and professional responses that accurately represent the VP and the Team. This individual will manage mid to large-scale projects and events. An expert user of systems that may provide problem-solving support to VP and Team.

  • Provides advanced technical and professional administrative support by prioritising appointments and meetings, producing documents for the VP - HEA based on priorities.
  • Assists executives with meeting management. Manages complex calendar prioritizing appointments as needed to address unfolding developments.
  • Collaborates with leaders/staff to defines, document and maintain clear, well-defined processes.
  • Manages divisional/departmental projects.
  • Produces accurate and professional correspondence, reports and presentations that adhere to Samsung’s guidelines.
  • Analyses problems, interprets operational needs, and collaborates with the VP and wider team to develop solutions.
  • Manages events on and off site. Coordinates logistics for venues, management of vendors, conference room selection, catering, AV, and telecom needs etc. meeting budget and schedule expectations.
  • Develops and distributes meeting materials, agendas, and meeting notes.
  • Arranges executive’s travel, creates itineraries for VP/Visitors/clients/ /participants.
  • Follows finance protocols and policies accurately to process reimbursements, purchase orders, track invoices and problem solve accounting issues as needed.
  • Maintenance of office supplies.
  • Suppliers invoice/legal management.
  • Suppliers budget review.
  • Team day preparations.
  • Sample management.
  • Assists with various other duties as assigned.

  • Soft-skills: Excellent at dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information showing very high integrity& Trust.
  • Hard-skills: MS Office, Samsung IT environment: Approval systems, Expense systems, Bookings
