Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team, providing exceptional support to our Executive Assistant (EA) team. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Provide administrative support to the EA team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, expenses and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Maintain EA team documentation
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives
  • Provide holiday coverage for EAs, ensuring seamless support to leaders and teams during absences
  • Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks, demonstrating a flexible and proactive approach to supporting the EA team

Required Qualifications:

  • 0 to 2 years experience in similar role
  • Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) essential
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Team player essential
  • Detail-oriented
  • Self-starter, professional and organized
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Tech savvy and willing to learn
  • 'No task is too small' mentality

Nice to have:

  • Fluent in French
