Attio is on a mission to redefine CRM for the AI era.

We’re building the first AI-native CRM — designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams. We recently announced our $52M Series B, led by GV (Google Ventures), with support from Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A. Our team thrives on solving complex technical challenges, delighting our users, and setting a new standard for the industry.

About the role

Our Operations team builds the machine that lets us move faster than anyone else. We think critically, act decisively, and lay the foundations for scale — from systems and tooling to compliance and culture. We’re not just keeping the lights on; we’re redefining what great looks like behind the scenes as we scale Attio meaningfully, sustainably, and at pace.

As our first-ever Executive Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we support and enable our leadership team. You’ll work closely with our CEO and the wider exec team to ensure priorities are aligned, operations run efficiently, and focus is directed where it matters most.

This is a dynamic, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and takes pride in building trust and clarity across a growing organisation.

What you'll do

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the systems, logistics, and rhythms that keep Attio’s leadership aligned, effective, and focused on what matters most. You’ll combine precision and proactivity to ensure smooth execution across every part of the executive function.

Events and travel — Plan and coordinate executive offsites, board meetings, and speaking engagements from start to finish, including scheduling, logistics, and travel. Prepare detailed itineraries and support with the organisation of internal sessions such as skip levels and training.

Calendars and scheduling — Manage complex calendars for the CEO, CTO, and COO across multiple time zones. Anticipate priorities, coordinate meetings, and maintain alignment across the leadership team. Research and book suitable venues for in-person meetings with customers, investors, and partners.

Executive communication — Act as a trusted point of contact between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders. Screen correspondence, draft communications, and ensure clarity and consistency in all written materials.

Executive team support — Provide scheduling and coordination support to other members of the executive team during key periods, including investor meetings, interviews, and strategic projects.

Operational and decision support — Manage expenses, conduct calendar audits to optimise recurring meetings, and prepare reports, research, and data to support executive decision-making.

What you'll bring

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who combines the adaptability of a start-up operator with the structure and polish of someone who’s learned from more mature organisations.

Proven experience — 3–5 years as an EA or in a similar role, ideally supporting founders or C-level executives in a fast-paced start-up or VC-backed environment.

Operational excellence — Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle shifting priorities with calm and confidence.

Communication mastery — Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to drive clarity and action across stakeholders.

Balanced background — Experience both in start-ups (to bring agility) and larger companies (to bring best practices and structure).

Trust and discretion — A proven track record of handling sensitive information with professionalism and judgement.

  • 25 days holiday plus local public holidays

  • Apple hardware

  • Private medical insurance through AXA

  • Pension contribution through Hargreaves Lansdown

  • Enhanced family leave

  • Team off-site in fun places! (We've been to Barcelona, Lisbon, Malta, and Split so far)

What does the hiring process look like?
  • Initial Conversations

    • 30-minute introductory call with a member of our Talent team

    • 30-minute track record interview with our COO

  • Core Interviews

    • 45-minute conversation with our CEO

    • 45-minute interview with our CTO & VP of Sales

  • Final Stage

    • 30-minute closing conversation with our CEO

    • Optional team meet-and-greet (on request)

    • Offer call (if it’s a mutual fit)
