We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at Cooper Moss Rutland. 🔹 You’ll

·       Supporting Senior Management: Coordinating diaries and meetings with clients and key stakeholders including booking travel and accommodation.

·       Office Management: Arranging office access, booking meeting rooms, ordering stationery and merchandise, office maintenance, H&S management and Fire Marshalling.

·       Supporting the Talent Development Lead: Supporting MS Teams communications, employee engagement surveys, assisting to organise team social events, assisting in creating meeting presentations and updating spreadsheets.

·       Supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead: Converting and Formatting CVs, setting up candidate interviews and creating new requirement adverts. Supporting exhibitions and events.

·       Marketing Support: Assist in creating and posting social media content for Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams.

·       Sales Support: Downloading, inputting into and compiling tender documents, drafting sales material.

·       Business Support: Co-ordinating company events and meetings, Collating key performance data.

 

🔹 We’re looking for:

Essential:

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with senior management, clients, and team members.

·       Proficiency in managing schedules, meeting deadlines, and handling time-sensitive tasks.

·       Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks and documents.

·       Ability to anticipate needs, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.

·       Competence in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., Teams).

·       Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

·       Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.

·       Able to adapt and rise to challenges as required

·       Experience: Demonstratable experience in an executive assistant role supporting C-suite executives.

 

Desirable:

·       Education: A relevant degree or diploma in business administration, management, or a related field.

·       Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or similar.

·       Event Planning: Experience in organising corporate events and meetings.
