Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned executive assistant, who is proactive, dynamic, and organized to join our team, supporting the General Manager, Audience Measurement, EMEA. This role involves managing administrative tasks, such as calendar and schedule management, travel, expenses, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth and efficient co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the calendar and co-ordinate meetings for the General Manager,EMEA.
- Book travel arrangements, and co-ordinate logistics.
- Expense Management.
- Support with organizing information. Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and other commercial documents.
- Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of commercial projects.
- Support with sales and marketing tasks as needed.
- Extensive experience in a similar EA position working in a fast paced dynamic international environment with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional European languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international commercial environment.
- Experience managing international stakeholders and working across timezones.
- Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Calendar, Excel, and Word), and other tools such as Concur and SAP systems.
