The Role
As Executive Assistant to MVF's CEO and CFO, you'll manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and ensure the success of key meetings and events. You'll oversee some company events, support onboarding programmes, and assist with presentations and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Manages calendar for CEO, CFO, and meetings with the Board of Directors.
- Manages business travel and expenses for CEO and CFO.
- Ensures success of major meetings (e.g. investors, M&A) including welcoming guests, managing rooms and AV and catering.
- Ad hoc other support for CEO and CFO such as supporting with professional engagements or arranging high-profile interview processes.
- Maintains a complete calendar of all MVF department meetings (such as Town Halls) to support Executive team attendance.
- Supports CEO on draft papers and Google Slides/PowerPoint presentations for CEO and CFO, including Board and Investor audiences.
- Leads or supports occasional events to ensure it is inline with the CEO's People agenda, including venue selection, project management, logistics, and third-party management. Works with the Office Manager to ensure details are covered and the event runs smoothly.
- Provides programme support for onboarding.
- Possible other ad hoc activities
- Provide ad hoc support for other members of the Executive Board as requested and if there is capacity.

- Trustworthy and discreet with regard to confidential/sensitive information.
- Proactive, able to multitask and manage multiple workstreams at the same time.
- Highly proficient in GoogleSlides and/or Powerpoint to support on CEO presentations
