We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CMO in organizing and coordinating his program.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding and awareness of the CMO's needs and priorities to ensure daily operations run smoothly
  • Diary management, maintaining an events calendar, organizing and scheduling appointments
  • Arranging travel and accommodations
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the CMO

Requirements

  • 2 years of work experience, ideally with a technology company
  • Well organized with a proven ability to prioritize effectively
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
