Job Description

  • Primary support provided in the Group CEO’s office
  • Acting as PA to the Advisor to the GCEO 
  • Complex calendar management of Advisor to the GCEO and assisting with the calendar management of the GCEO
  • Coordinating logistics for both domestic and international travel and accommodations (incl visa, ground transport and catering arrangements).
  • Managing special projects related to the organizational needs and priorities as requested by leadership
  • Adjust travel, meetings, and logistics as needed with a constantly changing schedule
  • Providing also some targeted support to other members of the senior management
  • Consolidate and submit monthly travel expenses
  • Coordinate and help prioritize internal and external meetings, calls, events, ensuring relevant teams and/or partners are aware or included

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience as an Assistant (either as team assistant or personal assistant)
  • Fluent English skills, German is a clear advantage
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Great degree of flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing business environment
  • Ability to schedule a significant number of activities, meetings and events, routinely gather, collate and classify data
  • Multi-tasking, ability to prioritize
  • Strong sense of accountability, personal initiative, and responsibility
