We're hiring for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support our CMO.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief Marketing Officer in a general administrative capacity, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, tracking expenses, keeping meeting notes, preparing reports, and managing communications
  • Support expenses for VP EMEA and UK
  • Support the Marketing Team, including scheduling internal and external meetings and events
  • Focus on supporting positive relationships with client and partner administrative teams
  • Independently administer projects including team and client event planning
  • Independently oversee and enforce deadlines, policies, and initiatives to Chief Marketing Officer direct reports
  • Liaise with recruitment to schedule interviews with candidates
  • Work with the Admin Team on projects and event planning
  • Participate in Quantcast Corporate Culture efforts & programs
  • Understand that there is some out of traditional office hours work involved due to the international nature of the business and the busy travel itinerary

  • First class organizational skills, including experience working with executives and managing multiple calendars

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • At least 3 years of experience in a position of responsibility 
  • Writing & editing skills
  • Event planning experience
  • Experience supervising people indirectly or directly
  • Experience or interest working in online/digital media industry strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of PC & Mac, smartphones and associated hardware & software, Microsoft Office Suite & Mac OS, Salesforce, videoconferencing, GoToMeeting, Office 365
