Position: Executive Assistant

Contract type:  Permanent / Full Time

Location: London / On-site

Zodiac Maritime is a leading international ship management company with a history spanning more than 50 years. Headquartered in London, we are a successful, privately owned company with a high-performing, collaborative culture.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support two senior executives at our London headquarters.

With a minimum of 3 years’ Executive Assistant experience, you will bring strong expertise in complex international travel management and coordination, alongside excellent diary management, organisational skills, and exceptional attention to detail.

Taking ownership, thinking on your feet and naturally staying one step ahead will be key to success in this role. You will bring a positive, can-do approach, clear communication and the confidence to navigate changing priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to build on strong EA foundations, take on greater responsibility and develop your career within a successful business. You will join an experienced EA team and work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant Executive Assistant experience is essential. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applications that do not meet this requirement.
  • Strong international travel management and coordination experience.
  • Excellent diary management and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A clear and confident communicator.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to think on your feet.

  • The ambition and potential to develop and grow within the role.
