Team Operations & Communication

  • Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, helping streamline team operations and cadence.

  • Plan and coordinate team offsites, all-hands meetings, business reviews, and leadership summits.

  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a fast-paced, global tech or marketing environment.

  • Proven ability to filter noise from substance—seeking clarity and prioritizing tasks based on strategic relevance and impact.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex information with clarity and poise.

  • Tech-savvy and highly proficient in calendar and productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Workfront, Confluence, Slack, Excel, PowerPoint).
