Role Overview

Harvey is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our VP, EMEA. The ideal candidate brings a “no task too big, no task too small” mindset, exercises sound judgment, and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. This role requires someone who can seamlessly partner with the VP and team members across Harvey, while demonstrating exceptional discretion, adaptability, and resilience.

What You'll Do
  • Keep things running smoothly by managing a complex calendar, coordinating team syncs, customer and prospect meetings, and company events

  • Act as the go-to connector between your executive and internal teams, partners, and customers, ensuring communication is seamless and timely

  • Own preparation efforts: draft agendas, compile materials, track action items, and follow up to maintain momentum

  • Take the lead on travel planning, creating efficient, well-planned itineraries that save time and reduce friction

  • Handle sensitive information with care, exercising sound judgment and a high level of discretion

  • Jump in on ad hoc projects, bringing structure, driving progress, and getting things done

  • Support presentation and deck preparation as needed, from formatting to content coordination, ensuring executives are set up for success

  • Pitch in on general office and administrative support for our London office and across our EMEA hubs; no task is too small when it helps the team thrive

What You Have
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Director- or VP-level leaders in a high-growth environment

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, solve problems, and operate independently in ambiguous situations

  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a knack for anticipating needs and taking initiative

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft high-quality, executive-level messaging

  • Professionalism and executive presence, with the ability to build credibility and effectively engage senior leaders and external stakeholders

  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach, focused on building strong relationships across Harvey

  • Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information

This is an in-office role based in London, with an expectation of being onsite at least three days per week, and additional days as needed based on business priorities.
