Striim, (pronounced “stream” with two i’s for integration and intelligence), is a unified data integration and streaming platform that connects clouds, data, and applications with unprecedented speed and simplicity to deliver the right data at the right time. Striim is used by enterprise companies to monitor events across any environment, build applications that drive digital transformation, and leverage true real-time analytics to provide a superior experience to their customers. At our company, we believe and expect all of our employees to operate as one with unlimited potential and dignity.

We’re looking for a highly capable and trusted Executive Assistant & Business Partner (EABP) to support our CRO and serve as a key operational enabler for the UK office. This role is based in London and provides EA support to the CRO. This role is designed for a high-performing individual who excels at protecting executive time, accelerating decision velocity, and driving strategic execution across a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CRO’s calendar with strategic intent — prioritizing business-critical conversations, protecting thinking time, and minimizing churn.
  • Coordinate and prep internal and external meetings, including forecast reviews, board prep, customer calls, and leadership touchpoints.
  • Draft and maintain briefing documents, agendas, and decision logs to drive execution and reduce meeting fatigue.
  • Track follow-ups, actions, and accountability across leadership, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Project manage special initiatives (e.g., sales participation in QBRs, strategic offsites, pipeline reviews) and own timelines, deliverables, and communication loops.
  • Partner closely with Sales Ops, Enablement, and HR to drive organizational readiness and GTM alignment.
  • Serve as a trusted comms layer — filtering, structuring, and prioritizing inbound information.
  • Create high-quality written content (emails, Slack posts, talking points) on behalf of the CRO.
  • Help maintain focus on strategic priorities by deflecting, routing, or escalating as needed.
  • Orchestrate team-wide experiences, including leadership and team offsites/lunches, morale boosts, all-hands agendas, and new hire onboarding for UK employees.
  • Assist in the administrative management of the UK office.
  • Manage travel, expenses, compliance approvals, and other operational logistics for the CRO.
  • Interface with external vendors, executive admins, and high-priority contacts to drive sales and revenue objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in an executive support, operations, or project coordination role within a high-growth, fast-paced environment (preferably SaaS or tech).
  • Experience supporting VP+ or C-level executives with high confidentiality and independent judgment.
  • Excellent written communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Notion, and Salesforce.
  • High EQ and organizational awareness — comfortable navigating complex stakeholder relationships.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and pre-IPO stock options
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Life Insurance
  • Pension Plan
  • Income Protection
  • Paid Time Off (Discretionary Time Off & Public Holidays)
  • The chance to contribute to and shape an upbeat, fully engaged culture

Compensation Range: £80,000 - 85,000 GBP on an annualized basis. In addition to base pay, this role offers the opportunity to earn commission-based rewards.

Our company culture fosters entrepreneurship and nurtures our team members to grow with the company. Come join a Silicon Valley startup focused on delivering a product that’s loved by its customers and primed to be a core part of the cloud data stack.

We are an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity at our company. It is in our best interest to continue to foster an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion to bring the most value to our workforce, customers, and partners.
