You'll be the primary point of contact for key brokers and counterparties, representing the team externally and driving strong execution outcomes.

Your Core Responsibilities:
- Execute trades with a focus on price, speed, liquidity, and market impact
- Maintain strong broker connectivity and efficiently manage multiple off-screen requests
- Provide real-time flow colour, actionable insights, and market context to support trader decision-making
- Gather, interpret, and organize market information to capture flow opportunities and support pricing improvements
- Manage broker chats and external communication channels with clarity and urgency
- Work with traders and engineers to refine execution logic, tools, and system performance
- Drive projects related to counterparty analysis, data quality, and broker relationship management
- Report execution results, observations, and insights to internal stakeholders
- Review historical trade data to assess execution quality and identify areas for improvement
Your Skills and Experience
- 2-5+ years of experience in a similar execution or trading role at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or leading bank
- Experience with options markets
- Experience with Brazilian markets is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and timely market updates
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness in fast-moving environments
- Stress resilience and a drive for ownership and continuous improvement
- Strong numerical and analytical skills to make quick, data-driven decisions
- Technical fluency (e.g. Python, SQL) to analyze data and collaborate effectively with quants and engineers
