  • Contribute to the improvement of processes and workflows by proposing ideas to improve efficiency and performance.

  • Supervise and report on key performance indicators (critical metrics) related to exception management.

  • Research and resolve issues or concerns through effective problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Stay flexible to changes in workflows and evolving responsibilities.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and support the team with daily operational needs.

  • Develop strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

What You Will Bring:

  • Strong interest in luxury goods and/or ecommerce.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle and prioritize tasks independently.

  • Analytical attitude with the ability to solve problems and identify areas for improvement.

  • Proficiency with standard office tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, Slack, etc.).

  • A team-oriented demeanour and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
