What we need

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Marketing Manager to plan, promote, and execute high-impact events that elevate our brand and engage with our peers. From industry conferences to agency takeovers, you’ll be responsible for delivering seamless experiences that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.

As our Events Marketing Manager, you will be…

  • Liaising with industry event companies to support LoopMe’s presence including sponsorships, speakerships and coordinating employee attendance tickets where required
  • Reviewing event contracts and ensures all legal approvals are obtained
  • Supporting the collection of quantitative and qualitative event feedback
  • Managing all event logistics including venue hire, hotel accommodation, catering, branded goods, invites, social and email promotion
  • Managing RSVPs across LoopMe events
  • Working with internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery
  • Managing events and comms calendar, ensuring events are delivered to budget and ROI is tracked
  • Creating individual event project plans, identifying key deliverables and milestones, and drive execution of the event using our project management system

You will have

  • Previous events experience preferably within a media/ad tech company
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute and oversee multiple events simultaneously
  • Experience developing event marketing strategies to drive attendance, engagement and lead generation
  • Experience using HubSpot and/or Splash would be beneficial
  • Experience with creative problem solving and be quick to think on your feet
