Events Marketing Manager

Bolt Insight is looking for a driven and highly organised Events Manager to own and elevate our events function across the full spectrum; from industry conferences and digital webinars to our flagship Bolt Summit series. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role that sits at the intersection of brand, content, sales and marketing, and requires someone who thrives on detail, deadlines and delivering standout experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of Bolt Insight's events calendar, including industry conferences, digital webinars, client roundtables and the flagship Bolt Summit series

  • Manage all logistical elements of events - venue sourcing, supplier management, budgets, run-of-show, on-site coordination and post-event wrap-up

  • Partner with the Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure events are aligned to pipeline goals, brand positioning and audience growth targets

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, sponsors, speakers and vendors globally

  • Lead on event content coordination - working with internal subject matter experts to develop agendas, speaker briefs and supporting materials

  • Track and report on event performance, including attendance, engagement, lead generation and ROI, feeding insights back into future planning

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping stakeholders informed and timelines on track

  • Continuously improve event formats, processes and tooling to raise the bar on delegate experience and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • 1–4 years of experience in events management, ideally with exposure to international or global events

  • Proven ability to manage events end-to-end with minimal oversight - from initial brief through to post-event reporting

  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities under pressure

  • Experience working across both in-person and virtual/hybrid event formats

  • Confident communicator who can manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and senior speakers

  • Commercial awareness - understanding how events contribute to brand visibility, audience engagement and revenue generation

  • Proficiency with standard event and project management tooling; familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot) is a plus

  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset - someone who spots problems before they become issues and takes ownership without being asked
