About the role

DataCamp is looking for a B2B Growth Marketing Associate to own and grow our in-person marketing across EMEA. This is a hands-on, field-focused role: the majority of your time will be spent planning and running events: tradeshows, customer dinners, partner events and in-office meetups  that generate pipeline and deepen relationships with our enterprise customers across the region.

You will own the EMEA events calendar end to end, decide where we invest for the best return, and be on the ground making each event happen. It is a genuine bar-raiser opportunity for an ambitious early-career marketer: you'll have real ownership from day one, work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales and Customer Success, and help set the standard for how DataCamp shows up in market across Europe.

Based in London and working from our office four days a week, you can expect regular travel to events across EMEA.

About you

At DataCamp, we seek individuals who embody our core values of data-driven decision-making, action, transparency, ownership, and customer focus. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and are driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact. You're adaptable, embracing change and ambiguity with enthusiasm. Your initiative and entrepreneurial spirit push you beyond just meeting targets—you aim to understand the "why" behind our goals and take ownership to drive the business forward. You’re a collaborative team player who values transparency and always seeks to improve and innovate. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities

Event strategy & planning

  • Research and recommend where DataCamp should invest in events across Europe, based on pipeline and ROI potential.
  • Build and maintain the EMEA events calendar, adding incremental opportunities as they arise.
  • Own the EMEA events budget and track spend against plan.

Logistics & execution

  • Coordinate all EMEA in-person tradeshows end to end  pre-event planning, on-site delivery and post-event wrap-up.
  • Host and grow local meetups in the DataCamp London office, including code-alongs and community events.
  • Coordinate customer and partner events and dinners alongside the CSM and AE teams.
  • Manage vendor and venue relationships  booths, AV, freight and sponsorships.
  • Coordinate event collateral, shipping to and from venues, and swag/merchandise inventory.
  • Arrange staff travel and accommodation for tradeshows.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Align with Sales on booth staffing and event goals.
  • Work with Content and Design on event assets and swag.
  • Support the wider marketing team on social media coverage for EMEA events.
  • Manage industry award applications.

Reporting & follow-up

  • Ensure leads captured at events are logged into Salesforce and our marketing systems.
  • Report on event ROI  attendees, leads and pipeline influenced against targets  plus a qualitative debrief covering lessons learned, booth traffic quality, competitor presence and standout conversations.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in marketing, events, or a related commercial or B2B environment.
  • A strong academic record, including a degree from a top-tier university.
  • Excellent organisational and project-management skills  you can juggle multiple events, deadlines and stakeholders without dropping a detail.
  • A proactive, ownership mindset: comfortable making decisions, managing a budget and running projects independently.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills, with the confidence to work directly with Sales, customers, partners and vendors.
  • Commercial curiosity: you think about events in terms of pipeline and ROI, not just execution.
  • Willingness and eligibility to travel regularly to events across EMEA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce and/or marketing automation tools.
  • Exposure to B2B / enterprise SaaS marketing.
  • Additional European languages.
  • Previous experience running B2B in-person events
