Events Manager

This is a great opportunity for someone who has proven experience in events management within financial services or professional services.

A bit about the role:

Aviva Investors are looking for an experienced Events Manager to join their team based in London. The role will play a key role in the construction of a strategic events plan that seeks to build and strengthen client relationships and support Aviva Investors’ brand positioning in the asset management industry. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the business. The role will demand a mix of both strategic planning and tactical execution - requiring close collaboration with distribution and client marketing teams to enable business growth in line with commercial objectives. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Familiarity with event / marketing technology platforms (e.g. ON24, Taxi, Workfront, Salesforce).

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Knowledge of compliance, risk and governance requirements in asset management is desirable.
