We’re looking for an Events & Ecosystem Lead to own how Runware shows up across the AI and developer ecosystem.

This role goes beyond event logistics. You’ll be the central coordination point for Runware’s presence across in-person and online events. From conferences and hackathons to webinars and drop-in sessions, you’ll make sure everything we do feels intentional, technically credible, and genuinely valuable to developers, product leaders, and enterprise teams.

You’ll work closely with DevRel, product, marketing, partnerships, and sales. Success here isn’t about doing more events. It’s about choosing the right moments and platforms to show up, executing them well, and building trust with a highly technical audience.

Own where and how Runware shows up
  • Acting as the main coordination point for Runware’s event presence
  • Helping decide where we show up (events, platforms, communities) based on audience fit and strategic value
  • Working closely with DevRel to make sure our presence resonates with developers and infrastructure-focused teams
Plan and deliver events (online & in-person)
  • Owning the coordination and delivery of:
    • conferences, sponsorships, and industry events
    • hackathons and developer activations
    • webinars and online sessions
  • Managing logistics end-to-end: timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, travel, swag, and on-the-day execution
Shape how Runware shows up
  • Working with product, DevRel, marketing, and design to define success for each event
  • Making sure talks, demos, booths, and materials are:
    • relevant to developers and enterprise teams
    • technically accurate and credible
    • aligned with Runware’s positioning as AI infrastructure
  • Supporting speakers and technical sessions so everything runs smoothly
Event materials & visibility
  • Coordinating the production and management of event assets (booth materials, signage, swag, demo setups)
  • Working closely with the design team to brief, review, and deliver assets on time
  • Being comfortable on camera when needed — e.g. short interviews at conferences or quick recordings to support social
Collaboration & insight
  • Working with sales on priority accounts and event-adjacent activities
  • Supporting partnerships through co-hosted events and shared activations
  • Feeding ecosystem and event insights back into the business:
    • who we’re meeting
    • recurring questions or objections
    • platforms, tools, or partners that keep coming up
Measuring impact
  • Setting clear goals for each event (leads, conversations, follow-ups)
  • Gathering feedback from attendees and internal teams
  • Helping the team understand which events are genuinely worth repeating
What you won’t be doing ⛔️
  • Running generic trade-show checklists without context
  • Chasing events purely for logos or exposure
  • Treating developers or technical audiences as marketing leads

RequirementsMust-haves
  • Experience running events in B2B tech, SaaS, or developer-focused environments
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Comfort operating in technical, infrastructure-heavy contexts
  • Confidence working with DevRel, product, sales, marketing, and design
  • Good judgment, calm execution, and attention to detail
Bonus points
  • Experience with AI platforms, developer tools, or infrastructure products
  • Involvement in hackathons, developer events, or technical communities
  • Confidence speaking on camera or recording short interviews
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Figma, Notion, Slack, Jira, and social tools

Benefits

We’re a remote-first collective, meeting in person twice a year to plan, brainstorm, celebrate wins, and enjoy some face-to-face time. We have core hours for cooperative working and calls, but outside of that your calendar is yours. Work the hours that let you perform at your peak while also building a healthy life.

Our release cycles are fast and intense, but they’re followed by real downtime. After big pushes we expect the team to unplug, recharge, and come back ready & stronger than ever for the next leap.

  • Generous paid time off – vacation, sick days, public holidays
  • Meaningful stock options – share in the upside you create
  • Remote-first setup – work from home anywhere we can employ you
  • Flexible hours – own your schedule outside core collaboration blocks
  • Family leave – paid maternity, paternity, and caregiver time
  • Company retreats – twice-yearly gatherings in inspiring locations
