eBay Live is redefining the shopping experience by bringing real-time, interactive, and curated live events to buyers worldwide. From collectibles and fashion to luxury goods and sports memorabilia, we’re connecting communities with sellers and creators through innovative, engaging live programming. This role sits in the eBay EU Brand team, you will be responsible for delivering our cross-category event activity (Fashion & Collectibles) and brand led eBay Live activations. Please note that this is a fixed-term parental leave cover until April 2027.

What you will accomplish: 

  • Responsible for development and implementation of our UK event and Live activation strategy 

  • Responsible for activating our tentpole eBay Live activity in partnership with the brand team and programming teams ensuring they meet key objectives

  • Responsible for activation and delivery of events and activations partnership with brand managers and relevant agency partners. In terms of promotional activity and on the ground delivery where required

  • Responsible for ensuring event and activations are delivered on budget and as defined in partnership with relevant brand managers

  • Own agency relationships with relevant event agency partners 

  • Responsible for building out and monitoring event measurement framework and evaluating event impact 

What you will bring: 

  • A driven, self-starter approach with a passion for creative excellence and high-quality execution

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Event and production experience 

  • Experience in working with agency partners —confident in briefing, managing & execution 

  • Exceptionally strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple work streams and timelines

  • Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional setups and fast-paced environments 

  • Based in Richmond, required in office 2-3 days a week but flexible to attend events where needed
