Join our Global Events team as an Events Coordinator in London, supporting internal training events and communications locally and across EMEA and APAC. You will report to the Global Events Manager and work as part of a collaborative team delivering QRT’s learning programmes. 

Your future role within QRT includes: 

  • Coordinating internal training and academic events in the London office, including room bookings, catering, AV setup, and on-site logistics
  • Planning and supporting global training programmes such as Induction Weeks and Tech Camps
  • Managing participant communications, attendance tracking, and feedback processes
  • Maintaining the global training calendar and uploading content and recordings to internal platforms
  • Writing and publishing internal communications, including event listings, summaries, and updates
  • Monitoring vendor invoices and keeping accurate budget records

Your present skillset:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Event Management, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related discipline
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with a dynamic approach to coordination
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams, regions, and time zones
  • Experience in event logistics and/or internal communications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident using Outlook and Excel; willing to learn tools such as GitLab or Markdown
  • Familiarity with AV setups (e.g. hybrid meetings, recordings) is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willing to travel occasionally to support global events across EMEA and APAC
