About The Role

Knight Frank is looking to hire a Marketing Executive to join their Head Office in Baker Street.

Role:

In this dynamic role, you will be supporting the Head of Marketing Communications Europe in delivering high-impact marketing initiatives across European offices.

This role requires agility, creativity, and a proactive mindset to execute campaigns, manage projects, and collaborate effectively across multiple locations with a strong client-first focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Delivery: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events) in line with European and global strategies.

  • Content Coordination: Work with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

  • Research Integration: Collaborate with the Research team to incorporate flagship insights into marketing outputs, ensuring a strong Knight Frank voice.

  • Event Support: Coordinate logistics and marketing for key European events such as MIPIM and EXPO, ensuring exceptional client experience.

  • Digital & Social Media: Support digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, social media scheduling, and analytics reporting.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain strong working relationships with European country marketing teams, providing support and sharing best practices.

  • Budget & Supplier Management: Assist in managing budgets and liaising with external suppliers for timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Experience Required:

  • Marketing qualification or 5 + years’ experience in a marketing role (real estate or professional services preferred).

  • Fluent in German or Spanish or French

  • Ability to work across cultures and geographies in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with event coordination and agency management desirable.

  • Experience in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, CMS, analytics).

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail is essential.

  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
