We are seeking a responsive, highly productive IT Specialist to work closely with the global IT team to ensure best-in-class support to our frogs worldwide on high security and IT standards.  We’re looking for someone willing to Work Hard, in a super dynamic and fast-evolving environment, to join our growing swamp and make software liquid with us! To succeed, you must be proactive, a fast learner, a great executor, and most importantly, a team player at heart!

As an IT Specialist you will…
  • Provide end-user technical support and manage the core systems and network.
  • Handle the day-to-day IT operations, from hardware setups to account troubleshooting, and provide best-in-class client-side support.
  • Hands-on experience across a wide IT scope, including Mac and PC hardware, software applications, and OS support experienc,e including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
To be an IT Specialist in JFrog you need…
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT Support role.
  • Experience in supporting macOS & Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with Okta and SSO applications.
  • Experience with Windows server technologies like AD and Google Workspace Apps.
  • Experience with Conference rooms (Zoom Rooms).
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, and DHCP - Plus!
  • A desire to learn and grow with the team as our needs and mission evolve - Must!
