Our client is an AI-driven tech company that offers a vast range of AI-enabled content platforms (music, video broadcasting, news, etc.) in 50+ regions. To continue growing their presence in the EMEA region, our client is looking for a talented and creative French-speaking Europe Community Manager to join their team in Central London.
Role and Responsibilities
Content Operations:
- Deep understanding of the content market in France, and familiar with the most recent trending videos consumed by young French audience;
- Choose qualified videos, promote on social media platforms and be responsible for in-app content;
- Participate in launching and operating “hashtag”, follow up the hot spots in the country and carry out innovative publicity;
- Monitor local content ecosystem, collaborate with data team to improve the diversity of in-app content, give feedback/guidelines to user operations to acquire the right content needed in the community;
- Possess a strong understanding of our product, our competition in the industry and our positioning to leverage them into impactful marketing activities;
- Research new market trends as well as user insights to leverage them into impactful marketing activities.
User Operations:
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing users in the social media and entertainment industry and follow through to a successful agreement;
- Responsible for user operation and management, focus on the top and mid-level creators, develop strategies to increase DAU, user activation and user loyalty;
- Execution or attendance of local events or shows.
Requirements
- Min. 3 years of experience in Social Media or MCN Management;
- BA Degree in Marketing, Media Communication or similar;
- Experience in the local entertainment industry preferred;
- Excellent communication and networking skills;
- Highly self-driven and result-oriented;
- Passionate about music, internet and digital trends;
- Native French Speaker, fluent in English.
