Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in delivering best-in-class real estate solutions across Europe? As the Cluster Program Management Head, you will play a pivotal role in managing strategic initiatives and fostering strong client relationships. Join us to leverage your expertise in a collaborative and innovative environment.
As a Cluster Program Management Head for Europe within the Global Real Estate (GRE) team, you will be rosponsible for providing holistic program management for all real estate-related deliveries in the sub-region. You will act as a trusted advisor to Lines of Business (LOBs), partnering with functional leadership to deliver innovative real estate solutions. Your market knowledge and connectivity will be key in leveraging opportunities and supporting our strategic plans.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central point of coordination for major projects and strategic initiatives, working with Business Support Managers (BSMs), LOB leads, and Senior Control Officers (SCOs) to ensure comprehensive GRE delivery. Lead client reporting, meeting agendas, communications, and change management.
  • Support the development of real estate and portfolio strategies through client engagement, preparation of strategy documents, and analysis of business workspace requirements, including HLP vs seats and footfall analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to LOBs. Represent GRE in country management committees and forums, and develop communication plans to align with LOBs and market initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the property management team to ensure services are delivered in alignment with LOB clients' needs, focusing on a hospitality-driven, user-focused experience.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and to the required standards.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in developing operational and capital budgets in coordination with the finance team and functional leads. Ensure effective financial reporting and analytics to improve cost and metrics for LOB clients.
  • Develop resourcing plans and strategies for talent retention and attraction within the program management team. Advise internal teams on resourcing based on business operations and manage vendor partnerships to achieve program goals.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Extensive experience in senior management and leadership roles within the corporate real estate industry dealing with senior internal clients.
  • A well rounded experience across the different functions in corporate real estate to be more effective in representing one GRE to the clients.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and collaborative skills.
  • Experience in managing people and teams.
  • Excellent planning and programming skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial and expense management.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • University degree with a specialization in real estate.
