EUC and AV Specialist

You will join the Windows Engineering team, responsible for delivering and supporting workplace technology across global offices. The team works closely with Quantitative Researchers, Traders, and corporate functions to ensure reliable meeting room technology, collaboration tools, and endpoint environments. 

Your Present Skillset 

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise AV solutions including Cisco collaboration devices (e.g. Pro Board, Room Kit, Desk Pro)  

• Integrate AV systems with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Microsoft 365 environments  

• Configure and support third-party AV hardware (e.g. Shure, Crestron, Logitech)  

• Support Surface Hub and Windows-based MTR systems, including troubleshooting Microsoft Teams and Windows issues  

• Maintain and standardise AV room configurations across locations  

• Provide escalation support for complex AV, conferencing, and collaboration issues  

• Engineer and support Windows 10/11 endpoints with a focus on performance, security, and stability  

• Administer Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID for device management and collaboration services  

• Manage device provisioning and lifecycle using Autopilot and modern endpoint management practices  

• Troubleshoot advanced endpoint, authentication, and collaboration connectivity issues  

• Develop automation for endpoint configuration, onboarding, and remediation using PowerShell, Graph API, and Intune  

• Implement monitoring and health checks for AV environments and endpoint devices  

• Standardise deployment templates for meeting rooms and endpoints to ensure consistency  

• Create documentation and runbooks to support operational processes and issue resolution  

• Identify recurring issues and implement improvements through automation and root cause analysis  

• Support hardware lifecycle management from deployment to decommissioning  

• Work with external vendors on AV and endpoint solutions and deployments  

Your Present Skillset 

• Experience supporting and engineering AV solutions, including Cisco collaboration technologies  

• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 administration  

• Experience with Windows 10/11 endpoint management in enterprise environments  

• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID for device and identity management  

• Experience with device provisioning using Autopilot  

• Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoints, collaboration tools, networking, and authentication  

• Experience integrating AV hardware such as audio systems, cameras, and control platforms  

• Familiarity with Surface Hub and Windows-based meeting room systems  

• Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API  

• Understanding of monitoring, alerting, and device health reporting  

• Ability to document processes and create operational runbooks  

• Experience managing hardware lifecycle and working with external vendors
