We have an opportunity for a EU Software Sales Leader to join us at Honeywell, in Bracknell, where you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management.

This is a hybrid role in Bracknell, with around 30% travel to EU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in sales
  • At least 3 years of experience managing teams or in a leadership/managerial role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong background in sales management, especially in niche or technical sales environments.
  • Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS), within our key domains building automation, building management systems (BMS), Fire and Security.
  • Direct end user experience across covering key verticals, Healthcare, Defence and Data Centre segments
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Continuous learning and adaptability.
