About the Job:

As an ETRM Project Manager in Power Trading you will have a strong background in Power markets, trade flow, and ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front and middle office operations and will be responsible for managing projects that enhance our trading and risk management capabilities.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • As a Project Manager you will lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Experience in Power Markets and the ability to utilize your deep understanding of power markets to drive project success and support trading activities
  • Experience in Trade Flow Management and the ability to optimize trade flow processes, ensuring seamless integration between front and middle office operations
  • Implement and enhance ETRM systems to support trading, risk management, and compliance activities
  • Work closely with risk managers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues

What You’ll Bring with You:

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the energy sector, with a focus on power markets and ETRM systems
  • Proficiency in ETRM systems (e.g., OpenLink, Allegro, Endur), project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA), and MS Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus
  • Management Consulting experience is a plus
