Location: Barcelona, Spain #LI-Hybride
About the role: The role is key in supporting our therapeutical areas and country business strategy as we ensure patients reach the right medicine at the right time, we contribute by helping our associates to preserve and grow our reputation, make our business sustainable, by doing the right thing.
If you want to contribute to re-imagine medicine by doing your bit in an Ethics Risk and Compliance position, close to day to day activities & operations in a country this is your position.
Your responsibilities will be but are not limited to:


 

Job Description

  • Enabling and driving the local ERC program through business stewardship with the therapeutical areas and functions, supporting decision making, giving advice and training to associates when needed.

  • Specially but not limited to supporting therapeutical areas and functions on day-to-day activities and relevant projects under the scope of professional practices and external regulations related to profesional practices (commercial and non-commercial activities).

  • supporting the implementation of the local divisional ERC program through policy/tool/controls implementation at local level (Anti-bribery controls, Third party risk management, Professional Practices, Conflict of Interest) and local developments, codes and regulations.

  • Supporting the roll out plans for new ERC internal policies, guidelines, projects or tools; support roll out plans of new local regulations or guidelines.

  • Supporting risk control framework and wide risk management exercises, data analytics and monitoring activities, executed by ERC team.

  • Supporting design and implementation of the local training plan & global training plans

  • Supporting development and update of relevant processes and procedures

  • Influencing business and functions to act ethically.

Minimum requirements:

  • Compliance or Ethics & Risk master or post graduate degree in economics or law degree

  • 3-4 years relevant experience in ethics and compliance functions

  • Risk Technical knowledge

  • Experience in delivering advice on this topic to clients

  • English & Spanish fluency is a must
