ETF Operations Testing Lead - Vice President

Job Description
This is a key role in maintaining JP Morgan hedge in the Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) area by collaborating with teams in ETF product, ETF operations, ETF Technology and testing in various location.
As an ETF Operations Testing Lead - Vice President within the ETF Operations Global Test Team, you will be supporting the Global ETF Testing Team that is responsible for the delivery of our ETF Servicing offering at JP Morgan.
Job responsibilities:

• Lead ETF Platform release program QA testing in coordination with the product team, the technology team and the operation team.
• Manage global client Joint User Acceptance Testing (JUAT) in coordination with the various clients
• Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal & external Senior stakeholders
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills with strategic approach to LOB development
• Partner with various Operations Teams, Technology, Product, Sales, Program Management
• Develop into a JP Morgan ETF Subject Matter Expert

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelors degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in ETF, fund accounting or custody required
• Project Management skillset and ability to multitask
• Client service mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills with flexible approach to problem solving
• Ability to work in a results driven environment with critical focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• ETF Operations experience in ETF order processing and PCF a definite plus.
