The Client Service Manager is an intermediate level position provides an opportunity to be part of the Futures Derivatives Client (FDC) franchise , managing a portfolio of high-profile global clients across  ETD (Exchange-Traded Derivatives) / OTC (Over-the-Counter derivatives) cleared covering the complete trade lifecycle, cash and collateral, fees & comms and FX (foreign exchange) management along with regular reviews across the client flow. Ensure all queries are acknowledged, investigated, resolved within expected timeframes in line with Citi policy's. Provide analysis and root cause for a client’s, chair internal meetings across both operations, technology and the business to resolve and prevent issues re occurring. Be a thought leader and drive cross departmental Initiatives and client initiatives. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal  behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
What you will do:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients across both Platinum and Non platinum FDC client base
  • Manage complete ETD/OTC Cleared lifecycle including but not limited to trade, cash and collateral, expiry management and fees & comms
  • Ensure all queries are acknowledged, investigated, resolved within the expected timeframes in line with Citi standards.
  • Provide analysis and root cause for a client’s, chair internal meetings across both operations, technology and the business to resolve and prevent issues re occurring
  • In partnership with Sales, Relationship Sales ,look to understand the front to back needs of our clients with the aim of providing them with the most optimal client experience whilst minimizing any operational risk
  • Provide clients with clear and concise updates relating to (market events , delays or technology issues)Perform monthly MIS (Management Information System) to review client performance internally and with the client, prepare MIS for in person or zoom meeting with the client be able to lead meeting and grow relationship.
  • Participate (where required)in documentation of business requirements  and testing of new processes, systems roll outs and UAT testing for strategic and regulatory initiatives both internal and external (including mandatory)
  • Understand  the product (ETD/OTC) and regulatory environment impacting our client portfolio, along with the group procedures and CITI policy's
  • Be a thought leader and drive cross departmental Initiatives and client initiatives.

What we require from you:

  • Sufficient prior relevant product (ETD/OTC Cleared) experience required
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred background in client relationship management
  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience (Preferred)
