Neo Group is a Malta-based startup offering B2B services in Marketing, Tech, Data Analytics, Customer Support, HR, and Compliance. Established in 2024, it is built on over 15 years of veteran experience in the iGaming industry. Despite our startup spirit, our team brings a wealth of expertise gained through years of collaboration with industry leaders. With a network of 1,400 talented professionals across 10+ countries, we are committed to delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that empower our clients and foster professional growth within a dynamic and collaborative workplace.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy, gaming-obsessed Esports Social Media Specialist to lead the digital presence for our portfolio of brands. This isn't just a "social media specialist" role, we need a true endemic specialist who understands the difference between a "clutch" and a "throw," knows their way around a Twitch chat, and lives for the hype of a grand final.

You will be responsible for crafting the voice, visual identity, and community engagement strategies across platforms like Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, and Discord. You won’t just be posting updates; you’ll be building subcultures around our brands.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute platform-specific content calendars that align with tournament schedules, patch updates, and industry news.
  • Content Creation: Produce "platform-first" content, including short-form video (Reels/TikToks), high-impact graphics, and real-time "live-tweeting" of matches.
  • Community Management: Engage with fans, influencers, and pro players. You are the bridge between the brand and the gaming community, maintaining a tone that is authentic, witty, and timely.
  • Trend Spotting: Rapidly identify and capitalize on esports memes, viral moments, and emerging gaming trends to keep our brands relevant.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (engagement, reach, sentiment) and translate data into actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, partnerships managers, and pro-teams to ensure brand consistency and fulfill sponsor obligations.

Requirements
  • Esports Expertise: Deep knowledge of major titles (e.g., League of Legends, Valorant, CS2, Rocket League) and a genuine passion for esports as a professional sport.
  • Experience: 2–4 years managing social media for a gaming brand, esports organization, or high-growth agency.
  • Visual Skills: Basic proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere) or high-level mobile editing skills (CapCut/Canva).
  • The "Vibe" Check: You understand internet culture and the specific "language" of various gaming communities. You know when to be professional and when to use a "trashpost" to drive engagement.
  • Adaptability: The esports world never sleeps. You are comfortable working non-traditional hours to cover live events and global tournaments.
