A bit about the job:

In this role, you will be a key member of the Aviva Investors Aladdin Oversight & Data Enablement team who are responsible for leading and driving activities to implement the strategic operating model for ESG regulatory reporting. The role is essential in implementing the ESG Regulatory Reporting operating model and adopting standard methodology as recommended by a 3rd party consultancy. The role will maintain effective and efficient risk management, in line with agreed risk appetite, including where necessary relevant internal teams and outsourced arrangements. Your role includes making decisions on ESG Regulatory Reporting development and priorities for Aviva Investors and ensuring efficient solutions are delivered. This includes facilitation of AI business forums and managing contributors to AI’s intellectual inputs.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Engage with a wide network of contacts across AI & Suppliers.

• ESG/Sustainability data knowledge and knowledge of Aladdin

• Experience of dealing with Suppliers preferred

• Ability to support multiple pieces of work and projects at the same time.

• Able to engage well with a wide network of contacts across Aviva AI using internal & external relationships.
