About the role:

This role will lead our ERP Systems Manager and ERP consultants as well as manage different

stakeholders across the business. This role will answer directly to the Head of Engineering.

Responsibilities include - but not limited to:

  • This position is a senior position with extensive experience required in Netsuite.
  • Leads the team of NetSuite consultants and drive delivery on all projects
  • Lead the Customization NetSuite functionality using SuiteScript
  • Oversee the Importing of data to NetSuite from external systems
  • Oversee the team in creating reports and running analysis based on NetSuite data
  • Managing permissions and overall administration of the NetSuite platform
  • Running quality controls and accuracy of data in NetSuite


A successful team member will have:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years’ hands on experience in administration and development on NetSuite
  • 3 + years in a lead position of ERP Team
  • Understanding of SuiteScript:
  • Ability to write and understand basic SuiteScript for customization.
  • Familiarity with SuiteScript 2.0 and supported record types.
  • CSV Import/Export: Ability in importing and exporting data using CSV files, including bank
  • statements, transaction updates, and legacy data loads.
  • User Interface Customization: Skills to customize NetSuite including creating custom forms,
  • fields, and records.
  • Basic SuiteAnalytics: Ability to create and customize reports and dashboards using
  • SuiteAnalytics.
  • Understanding of Permissions and Roles: Ability to set up and manage user roles and
  • permissions to ensure data security.
  • Navigation and Interface Usage: Ability in navigating the NetSuite interface and using its various
  • modules like Accounting, Inventory, and Order Management.
  • Basic Financial Management: Understanding of basic financial processes, including managing
  • orders, procurement, and inventory. Understanding of business reports like profit and loss
  • statement or balance sheet and how they interact with the general ledger.
  • Order Management: Skills in managing sales orders, purchase orders, and returns.
  • Proven success in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to
  • collect requirements and trouble shoot issues to deliver a final product
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal outside
  • direction, while constantly advancing long term goal
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced SuiteScript and SuiteTalk:
  • Ability in advanced SuiteScript for complex customizations.
  • Understanding of SuiteTalk for web services integration.
  • SuiteAnalytics Advanced Features: Ability to use advanced features in SuiteAnalytics, like
  • calculated measures from pivot grids and exporting dataset definitions to SuiteQL.
  • SuiteApps Management: Knowledge of managing and using SuiteApps, including those released
  • for specific functions like quality management, warehouse management, and order management.
  • Advanced Financial Management: Skills in advanced financial processes like revenue
  • recognition and fixed assets management.
  • Supply Chain and Inventory Management: Advanced understanding of supply chain operations
  • and inventory management, including enhancements in the Warehouse Management System
  • (WMS).
  • E-commerce/Amazon Experience: Ability in managing e-commerce operations and integrating
  • them with inventory and financial management. Familiar with Amazon or Seller Central and similar
  • platforms.
