Hours per week: 37 hours

Interview date: Thursday 06, and Friday 07 August 2026

Are you an experienced ERP professional who enjoys improving systems, influencing business change, and helping organisations get the very best from their technology investment? We are seeking an ERP Specialist to lead the ongoing development, optimisation, and adoption of our Oracle ERP platform, ensuring it continues to support organisational priorities and deliver value across key business functions.

Working within ICT and reporting to the ERP Support & Development Manager, you will primarily collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and Organisational Development, as well as other services areas such as Finance and Procurement on occasion. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will translate business requirements into effective Oracle solutions, promote best practice, and ensure users maximise the platform’s standard functionality while maintaining compliance and governance standards.

This is a highly visible role where you will work with senior leaders, Heads of Service, and professional users to identify improvement opportunities, design new solutions, and coordinate system developments. You will help shape business processes through data-driven insights, manage development work plans, support system integrations, and ensure solutions remain secure, accessible, and aligned with enterprise architecture requirements. You will also champion a self-service culture, driving user adoption and reducing reliance on manual workarounds.

We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with two to three days each week in one of our Wiltshire hubs with the flexibility to work from home for the rest of the week. If you're ready to influence strategic decision-making, deliver innovative ERP solutions, and make a lasting impact across a complex organisation, we would love to hear from you.
