The Team

- Managing full life cycle implementations of S/4 HANA in the area of SAP MM
- Evaluation of business requirements, identification of relevant SAP capabilities and best practices
- Planning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
- Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures
- Ensuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team members
- Sparring partner for the client and project management responsibilities
About You
Our ideal candidate will have:
Good understanding and experience on SAP MM module with direct procurement processes, Supply Chain oriented (not just indirect process), with knowledge in the integration with Quality, Plant Maintenance, Customer Services and Production Planning.
- Planning, detailed plan and PoP - track progress v plan
- Help compile status report from Deployment team to Product Development team and to the Program
- Jira management for PIs, risks/issues, LLTI's (request towards Product Development and report to Initiative)
- Organize/maintain Trello board for request to manage huddles
- Ad hoc meeting minutes
- Assist in preparing slides for governance
- Main link to methodology teams
- Delivery of PMM deliverables
Experience managing Program and Project Plan.
- Contribute to communicate and track all the Deployment deliverables according to the Program Plan.
- Understanding of the Program Methodology and communication to the team members.
- Understanding of the scope of the Program scope for Procurement Solutions.
Prior experience working on a Global Template rollout would be a benefit.
- Experience in S/4 HANA and Agile methodology is a plus
- Experience in Pharma industry is a plus.
- Proven experience working in client facing consulting / contracting roles.
Good communication and proactive attitude.
- Coordination with other teams to lead the execution of the process workshops and alignment sessions with the Deployment sites.
- Coordination with other Capabilities/Streams for alignment on cross-functional topics.
- Good Presentation & Communication skills.
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
- Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Efficient and communicative team player and self-starter
- An excellent command of English
- Project-related mobility/Willingness to travel
