What We're Looking For

The Head of ERP will be responsible for driving initiatives that modernize financial systems and processes, enhancing efficiency, compliance, and decision-making by developing and implementing scalable solutions aligned with Welltech's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the ERP system roadmap with a focus on Workday (Finance and HRIS), including system architecture, module expansion, and continuous improvements.

• Act as the Workday product owner, ensuring all configurations, integrations, and enhancements align with business needs and industry best practices.

• Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and IT teams to support operational processes through scalable system solutions.

• Lead ERP system upgrades, enhancements, and releases — coordinating across departments to ensure successful deployments with minimal disruption.

• Establish and maintain strong system governance, including change request management, user access controls, and audit readiness.

• Manage external vendors and consultants engaged in system support and enhancements.

• Oversee system documentation, user guides, and knowledge base development.

• Lead a high-performing ERP team (5–7 FTE), fostering expertise in Workday configuration, reporting, and administration.

• Develop and implement structured onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure team self-sufficiency and skill growth.

• Define and track KPIs to measure system performance, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Education & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in ERP leadership, Workday administration, or related roles in Finance/HR technology.

• Must have in-depth, hands-on expertise in Workday, including configuration, integration, security, and reporting (e.g., Workday Finance, HCM, and/or Adaptive Planning).

• Proven experience in managing and scaling ERP platforms in mid-to-large organizations.

• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance and HR functions.

• Experience leading cross-functional system projects and working with third-party vendors.

• Familiarity with data governance, internal controls, and audit frameworks.
