Job Description
Join J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions as an Equity Plan Communications Specialist and become a key player in shaping how we connect with participants and corporate clients. In this role, you'll be integral to managing, developing, and executing communication strategies focused on change management, service, tax, and regulatory communications. You'll expertly blend the precision of project management with the art of communication, ensuring our messages effectively address complex changes and compliance requirements, while delivering clear and impactful results. Additionally, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of these communications across multiple regions.
You'll collaborate closely with strategists, legal, compliance, marketing, sales, and other business functions to craft experiences for our participants and corporate clients. This partnership is crucial in creating a unified tone of voice that delivers clear and concise messaging tailored to two distinct audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end processes for participant and corporate client communications, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align resources and support communication objectives.
  • Monitor communication workflows and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise.
  • Maintain detailed records of communication activities and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and governance frameworks.
  • Obtain and archive all appropriate sign-offs from business, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Oversee quality control procedures for all communications and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and update communication projects on SharePoint and other platforms.
  • Own the administration of the communication calendar and production schedule, ensuring projects meet tight deadlines.
  • Serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to communication data and client information.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in communications, project management, or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Highly self-motivated individual with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders under pressure.


Desired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in campaign management within a marketing context.
  • Familiarity with equity plan administration.
  • Certification in project management or related field.
